One Trade, Done Right
Orlando Synthetic Turf Pros is a small, turf-only installation team based in Central Florida. We do not do sod, pavers, fences, or full landscape design. We install artificial turf — lawns, pet areas, putting greens, pool decks, and commercial spaces — and every hour of our experience is in that one trade.
Why does that matter? Because most turf failures are not turf problems — they are base problems. A crew that turfs twice a month between paver jobs does not build the same base as a crew that compacts crushed stone, grades drainage, and seams turf every single week. Turf is our whole business, so the parts you never see are the parts we care about most.
How We Work
We start with a site visit, not a sales pitch
Every project begins with us walking your yard. We look at sun exposure, where water flows when it rains, tree roots, soil type, and how equipment will get in and out. Then we give you a written quote with real numbers.
We tell you when turf is the wrong call
Some yards should not be turfed — a low corner that holds water, a deep-shade spot under big oaks, a slope that needs a retaining wall first. If part of your yard is a bad fit, we will say so and talk through options instead of quoting the whole thing anyway. We would rather do a smaller job right than a big job wrong.
We build the base like it matters — because it does
Three to four inches of compacted crushed stone, graded away from your house, with drainage sized for Florida downpours. It is slower and less glamorous than rolling out turf, and it is the reason our lawns stay flat and drain well years later.
We do not install cheap turf
Thin, shiny, single-color turf looks fake from the sidewalk and mats down fast. We install turf with varied blade tones and thatch layers that read as real grass from the street. It costs more up front and looks better for a decade.
We stay reachable after the job
Questions after install? A seam that needs attention? Edge that lifted? Email us at [email protected] and we will make it right. We also offer turf repair and maintenance for turf we did not install.
What We Will Not Do
- We will not start a job your HOA has not approved.
- We will not skip base work to hit a lower price.
- We will not pressure you to decide on the spot — our quotes stay good for 30 days.
- We will not promise things we cannot control, like how hot turf gets in August sun. We will give you real ways to manage it instead.
